The Danish Shipowners' Association was established in 1884 and is the trade association and employers' association for Danish shipowners.
The Association promotes the interest of its members, both nationally and internationally, seeking international solutions whenever possible.
The Association represents Danish shipping when dealing with Government, maritime authorities and international organizations etc. within all maritime related policy issues.
Our members offer a wide range of shipping services on a worldwide basis, and Denmark is internationally one of the world's leading shipping nations.
The Danish Shipowners' Association is based in Copenhagen with an affiliate office in Brussels. The administration of the Danish short sea shipping and ferry services is incorporated into the Association.
