Think you got what it takes? Prove it on December 8th. Cycle for Change is a cycling event happening in beautiful Copenhagen during the month of December.
By combining the bicycling culture of Copenhagen with the winter season, our goal is to provide a one of a kind experience while also contributing to a good cause. Cyclists will be able to put themselves to the test by braving extreme weather conditions while partaking in their favorite hobby (Cycling of course). It isn’t ALL hard work though. After the race, there will be plenty of refreshments a
nd some nice music so sit back, grab a nice cold beer and reflect on the mountain you just climbed. The race has a simple premise: compete against yourself to complete as many laps as you can within the allotted time. All participants will begin at the same point at 12pm (noon) and race around a fixed track around the Carlsberg Area. Within the given time period of one (1) hour, participants will try to complete as many laps as they can. Before the actual race, there will be an opening ceremony to send the participants off. The current outline of the track can be seen on our website (although this is subject to change). After the race, participants are encouraged to relax, grab a beer and socialize with other racers. There will be some music provided. There will also be beverages and food available for a nominal price. All participants will be given a gift for taking part of C4C’s first edition of the race and the top cyclists will score some extra swag! Let’s be real though, the real satisfaction will come from signing up with your friends and competing with each other to get the most number of laps!
