Η Πρεσβεία της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας στην Κοπεγχάγη, δέχεται αιτήσεις για πλήρωση μίας (1) θέσης της Ιδιαιτέρας Γραμματέα με όρους επιτόπιου προσωπικού για πλήρη απασχόληση. Καθήκοντα και ευθύνες
- Διοικητική και γραμματειακή υποστήριξη στο Πρέσβη και στην Πρεσβεία
- Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας στα Ελληνικά ή/και στα Αγγλικά
- Χειρισμός θεμάτων πρωτοκόλλου για τον Αρχηγό της Διπλωματικής Αποστολής και το Διπλωματικό Προσωπικό
- Υποστήριξη του συντονισμού των τμημάτων της Διπλωματικής Αποστολής
- Καθήκοντα υποδοχής

Προσόντα και ικανότητες
- Γραμματειακές/διοικητικές δεξιότητες και γνώση οργάνωσης γραφείου και διαδικασιών αρχειοθέτησης - σχετική εμπειρία με τα καθήκοντα της θέσης θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
- Πολύ καλή γνώση στη χρήση ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή, συμπεριλαμβανομένου MS Office (Word, Excel, MS-Outlook) και δακτυλογραφίας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής. Η γνώση της Ελληνικής θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
- Οργανωτικές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων
- Υψηλό επίπεδο ευθυκρισίας και διακριτικότητας
- Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης
- Νόμιμη άδεια παραμονής και εργασίας στη Δανία

Μισθός
Η θέση είναι πλήρους απασχόλησης με μηνιαίο 30.000 Κορώνες Δανίας. Θα παραχωρηθεί 13ος μισθός.
Οι νόμιμες πληρωμές και οι ασφαλιστικές εισφορές βαραίνουν τον υπάλληλο.
Οι επιτυχόντες υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να παρουσιάσουν λευκό ποινικό μητρώο και θα υποβληθούν σε έλεγχο ασφαλείας από τις δανικές αρχές.

VACANCY – PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE AMBASSADOR
The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Copenhagen invites applications for one (1) full-time position of Personal Assistant to the Ambassador, under the terms and conditions applicable to locally engaged staff. Employment will be in accordance with the Guidelines on Employment and Terms of Service of Locally Engaged Staff of the Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus Abroad.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Ambassador and the Embassy in general.
• Manage correspondence in Greek and/or English
• Handle protocol matters concerning the Head of Mission and the diplomatic staff
• Assist with the coordination of the Mission’s departments
• Perform reception and front-desk duties
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Strong secretarial and administrative skills, including knowledge of office organization and filing procedures (relevant professional experience will be considered an advantage)
• Very good computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing skills
• Very good command of English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High level of professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
• Secondary school diploma
• Valid residence and work permit in Denmark
Salary and Conditions
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of DKK 30,000. A 13th salary payment will be provided.
Statutory taxes and social security contributions are the responsibility of the employee.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a clean criminal record certificate and will be subject to a security clearance by the Danish authorities.

At a Presidency Handover Ceremony, hosted by the European Commission Representation in Denmark in cooperation with Denmark and the Embassy of Cyprus in Denmark, the Danish State Secretary for European Affairs and the Arctic, Mr. Jonas Bering Liisberg symbolically transferred the Presidency of the Council of European Union to the Ambassador of Cyprus, H.E. Panayiotis Kyriacou.

Driver/Messanger

The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Copenhagen is recruiting for a full-time Driver/Messenger position, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Employment and the Terms of Service of Local Staff of Overseas Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus.

Requirements:
Valid driving license.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Graduate of secondary education.
Certificate of clear criminal record issued by the relevant local authorities.
Integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
Good knowledge of the Greek and/or Danish language and previous experience in this profession will be considered as an advantage.

Job description:
Transportation of Ambassador and government officials.
Maintenance, proper operation and cleaning of the Diplomatic Mission’s vehicle.
Compliance with the Danish traffic laws and regulations.
Updating the vehicle’s roadbook.
Carrying out messenger duties, including mail distribution and document delivery.
Performance of any other duties related to the position.
Remuneration:
The position offers a gross monthly salary of 24.291,63 DKK. An annual 13th month-salary will also be paid.

Statutory payments and pension contributions are the responsibility of the employee.

The Ambassador of the Republic Cyprus to Kingdom of Denmark, Mr. Panayiotis Kyriacou presented his credentials to H.M. King Frederik X of the Kingdom of Denmark.

Som Danmarks statsoverhoved modtog Hans Majestæt Kongen i dag nye ambassadører fra Cypern, Brasilien, Storbritannien, Iran og Kenya
i tiltrædelsesaudiens i Christian VII's Palæ på Amalienborg 🇨🇾🇧🇷🇬🇧🇮🇷🇰🇪

Tiltrædelsesaudienser for ambassadører sker ved en særlig modtagelse, hvor den nye ambassadør overrækker Hans Majestæt sine akkreditiver i en lukket kuvert. Først herefter kan ambassadøren udføre sit arbejde i Danmark.

De nye ambassadører blev kørt fra Kastellet i karet fra Den Kongelige Stald-Etat. Herfra blev ambassadørerne eskorteret af Gardehusarregimentets Hesteskorte, og ved ankomsten til Amalienborg var Den Kongelige Livgarde trådt til gevær foran Christian VII’s Palæ.
