Job description
Contact with the patients in EGYPT region,
• First point of contact (Direct contact with doctors and hospitals) for private patients
• First point of contact for insurance Co., and mega co. like petroleum co., steel, and fertilizing co.
• Contacting patients to initiate the process of collecting information
• Assist the patient in the German embassy to get the medical visa
Skills
Communication, punctuality, language skills, proactivity and flexibility are important skills in this position
Medical background is additional.
Excellent proficiency (verbally and written) in the English and Arabic languages are essential.

Required: International Treatment Abroad Manager

Job Description
• Direct and supervise cases manager and E-marketing Team.
• Developing strategies to increase both institutional and individual patient from Egypt to get treatment in Germany, through our partner (Premier health care Germany)
• Developing B2B International business through tie-ups with government agencies such as Ministries, Embassies, etc.
• Develop corporate tie-ups with big Hospitals, Doctors, and International Insurance companies.
• Handling the operational tasks inside Egypt like File preparation, visa assistance, flight reservation, and follow up in recovery phase etc.
Direct communication with German partner
Desired Skills
• Good command over English is a must
• Comfort with Email, WhatsApp, Viber.
• Should be open to travel inside& outside Egypt.
• Team handling experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Education: Medical Background
• Excellent in communication skills and spoken English fluent.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
