يقال أن الأميرة بنبه حرصت علي أن تٌكتب سورة الفتح كاملة علي واجة السبيل بيد "عبد الله زهدي" خطاط الحرمين الشريفين .

Princess Banbah was keen to have Surah Al-Fath fully written on the Sabil by Abdullah Zohdi: the calligrapher of the two holy mosques.

مسجد ابن تغري بدري:
- هو تحفة فريدة أنشأه الأمير يوسف بن تغري بدري سنة 844ه-1440م.
- أتخذه الأمير مدرسة لنشر تعاليم الإسلام والمذاهب، كما ألحقَ به سبيل.

Mosque of Taghribirdi:
It was built by Prince Youssef Bin Taghribirdi in (1440 B.C / 844 AH).
The mosque was considered a school that taught the teachings of Islam and a Sabil was also added within it later on.

مُتحف جاير أندرسون:
- هو عبارة عن بيتين من الأثار الإسلامية الفريدة والقيمة.
- يرجع تاريخ هذا المُتحف للعصر العثماني والمملوكي.
- يحتوي المُتحف علي لوحات فنية لرواد الفن الحديث: المصريين والأجانب.

Gayer-Anderson Museum:
The two-house museum is considered a unique example of Islamic architecture.
It dates back to the Ottoman and Mamluk era, holding paintings of Egyptian and foreign modern pioneer artists.

مسجد الأمير شيخو:
- أنشأه الأمير الكبير سيف الدين شيخو العمري المملوكي سنة 750 ه-1349م.
- يُعتبر المسجد عمل فني غير عادي من حيث التصميم.

Mosque of Amir Shaykhu:
It was built by the Grand Prince Sayf al-Din Shaykhu in (1349 B.C / 750 AH), and it is considered as one of the finest artistic works.

مسجد و مدرسة صرغتمش الناصري:
- أنشأه الأمير سيف الدين صرغتمش المملوكي سنة 757ه- 1356م، علي الطراز السمرقندي.
- أُلحق بالمسجد مدرسة لتعليم أصول الفقه والحديث النبوي.

Mosque and School of Sarghatmish Al-Nasry:
It was built by Prince Sayf al-Din Sarghatmish in (1356 B.C / 757 AH), and took on the Samarkandi Style.
A school was constructed within the Mosque to teach Islamic Fiqh’ and Al-Hadith.

سبيل و كُتاب عبد الله كتخدا:
- أنشأه الأمير عبد الله كتخدا عزبان في العصر العثماني (سنة 1132ه-1719/1720م)
- و ألحقَ الأمير بشباك التسبيل كُتاباً لتعليم الأطفال.

Sabil-Kuttab of Abdallah Katkhuda:
It was built by Prince Abdallah Katkhuda in the Ottoman era (1719/1720 B.C / 1132 AH). A kuttab (school) was constructed on the 2nd floor of the Sabil to teach school children.

سبيل أم عباس:
- أنشأته الأميرة بنبه قادن أم عباس باشا حلمي حفيد محمد علي سنة 1284ه- 1867م.
- هو من السُبل النادرة من حيث المعمار.
- أُنشأ هذا السبيل لسقاية المارة و أُلحق به كُتاب لتعليم الأطفال.

Sabil Om Abbas:
It was built by Princess Bambah Qaden in (1867 B.C / 1284 AH), to provide free drinking water for passers-by. It has a unique structure. A kuttab (school) was then constructed within the Sabil to teach children.

شارع الصليبة:

تميز العصر الفاطمي بالطابع الإسلامي فنجد كل حكام هذه الحقبة حريصيين علي تشييد مساجد تخلد ذكراهم و لتعليم أصول الفقه و االحديث من خلال إلحاق كتاب لكل مسجد، فالمساجد الفاطمية لم تكن مجرد ساحة لإقامة الصلوات الخمس بل كانت هي صرحًا علميًا كبيرًا لتدريس أصول الدين الأربعة.

شارع الصليبة هو أحد أقدم الشوارع في حي السيدة زينب، وعُرف الشارع لتاريخه العظيم حيث يضم العديد من الأماكن الأثرية كالمساجد و المتاحف و السُبل.

Al-Saliba Street:

To live through a memory. The Fatimid era was known for its distinctive feature of following the Islamic structure. Rulers, at that time, built mosques bearing their names. Those mosques were not meant merely for prayer, but were used as a way to spread the teachings of Islam, and its Fiqh and Hadith, through Kuttab (school) that was usually attached to the mosque’s grounds.

Al-Saliba street is one of the oldest main streets in Al-Sayeda Zainab district. The street is known for its rich history, as it is the site of many old buildings, including mosques, museums, and sabils.
