Fire Alarm Systems :
All fire alarm systems essentially operate in the same principle. If a detector detects smoke or heat or someone operates a break glass unite(manual breakpoint), then alarm sounders operate to warn others in the building that there may be a fire and to evacuate. it may also incorporate remote signaling equipment which would alert the fire brigade via a central station.

Kitchen suppression systems :
A wet chemical system is the most commonly used fire suppression system to extinguish cooking oil fires.

FOAM WATER SYSTEMS :
A foam fire protection system should be used to protect buildings that contain combustible materials and other hazards that a normal water-based fire protection system could not suppress in the event of a fire. The foam system suppresses the fire by separating the fuel from the air .these systems typically inject a concentrated foam mixture into a water-based deluge system.

Water Sprinkler System :
A fire-extinguishing system that releases water from overhead pipes through nozzles (sprinklers) opened automatically by rising in temperature

FIRE PUMPS :
Fire pumps are needed when the local municipal water system cannot sufficient pressure to meet the hydraulic design requirements of the fire sprinkler system. This usually occurs if the building is very tall, such as in high-rise buildings, or in systems which require a relatively high terminal pressure at the fire sprinkler in order to flow a large volume of water, such as in storage warehouses. Fire pumps are also needed if the fire protection water supply is provided from a ground level water storage tank.
