الدوليين ،هم مجموعة من الدبلوماسيين الدوليين البارزين ،الذين لهم باع كبير وخبرة عالية وكفاءة مشهودة في العمل الدبلوماسي ، وهم علي درجة عليا من العلم بالدبلوماسية الدولية والقانون الدولي.
وتهتم بشؤون الدول النامية لبث السلام والازدهار والاهتمام بالعلم ،ومكافحة الجهل والفقر والبطالة، ونبذ العنف ، ودرء أعمال العدوان ، ونشر السلم والأمن الدوليين، والوصول إلي مجتمع دولي آمن خال من المشاحنات والحروب .
وهذه البعثة أيضا معتمدة من الأمم المتحدة و حلف شمال الأطلسي( الناتو) ، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، والاتحاد الأوروبي ، ومنظمات عالمية أخرى.

والسفير الحكومي الرسمي المعتمد للبعثة الدبلوماسية من الجهات الحكومية الدولية والمحلية ،
وقد تم أيضا إسناد بعثة دبلوماسية إضافة لمنصب معالي السفير محمودهريدي من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من إدارة المنظمة الحكومية الدولية IGO بقرار رسمي ودائم ومعتمد رسميا من جميع الجهات الحكومية الدولية المختصة وغير قابل للإلغاء،
وتم تسجيل كل ذلك في قاعدة البيانات الدولية الرسمية
ثم تم إعتمادها من حاكم الولاية بالإجازة القانونية رقم 421
ومن وزارة العدل الأمريكية برقم 216425
ومن وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية برقم 98326
ثم من الحكومة الأمريكية ثم تم إعتماد كل ذلك من القنصلية العامة لجمهورية مصر العربية برقم 49394
ثم تم الإعتماد من الخارجية المصرية علي النسخة الأصلية برقم 1823لسنة 2018
ثم تمت ترجمة هذة المستندات القاطعة في الدلالة من وزارة العدل المصرية برقم 5637 ثم تم إعتماد الخارجية أيضا علي النسخة المترجمة من وزارة العدل برقم 4053لسنةً2018م ، ثم تم الإعتماد والتسجيل النهائي بكود رقم 3502 لسنة 2019 .
هذا وتنص الفقرة الثانية من المادة 64 من القانون رقم 166لسنة 1954 بإصدار قانون نظام السلكين الدبلوماسي والقنصلي بأن المحررات التي يجريها القناصل المصريين في الخارج بوصفهم موثقين يكون لها ذات القوة الرسمية للمحررات التي تحرر وتوثق في مصر وهو تطبيق لمبدأ الإمتداد الإقليمي لسلطة الدولة خارج حدودها،،،، وتكون واجبة التنفيذ في القطر المصري بمقتضي صورها المسلمة المصدق عليهابالصفة القانونية وتكون واجبة التنفيذ.
هذا وقد تم إيداع نسخة منها في مصلحة الشهر العقاري للإيداع وسريان نفاذها طبقا للقانون المحلي والدولي والإتفاقيات الدولية وإتفاقية فيينا لعام 1961 وقانون الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي ( نسخ رسمية لدينا وبوزارة الخارجية وبمصلحة الشهر العقاري والتوثيق ووزارة العدل)

He holds multiple Expert Certifications for Judiciary enforcement including: Criminal Sciences from Assiut University (2011); and Cyber Criminology from Cairo University (2012). He began his legal career as a Solicitor Advocate, accredited as a Trial Advocate for litigation in the Court of First Instance (1995), High Court of Appeals (2000), and also the Supreme Court of Cassation of the Republic of Egypt (2011). He is an accredited International Arbitration Judge with the Swiss Association of Arbitration (2012), certified by the Geneva Centre for International Arbitration (2014), appointed as Commercial Arbitration Judge with the Egyptian Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration, and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Egypt. (Not a presiding judge of the SCIJ High Court.) He was elected as Member of Parliament (MP) of the People’s Assembly of the Cities of Juhayna, Al-Maragha and Saqultah of the Sohag Region in Egypt (2010), but not installed due to the revolution. Judge Mahmoud is a prominent career Diplomat for many countries of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM): Ambassador for the African Union Commission (2013-2014), an Inter-Governmental Organization (IGO) of 55 countries based in Ethiopia; Ambassador (“Head of External Relations”) for the League of Arab States (since 2014), an IGO of 22 countries based in Cairo; Ambassador of the Arab African Council for Integration and Development (AACID) of the African Royal Kingdoms Federation based in Ghana (2014-2015), a UN-registered civil society organization (CSO). He is Ambassador at Large and Commissioner of Human Rights for the World Service Authority (WSA) of the Universal Human Rights Organization (since 2015), a UN-registered “international organization” founded in 1954 based in Washington DC, operating the successful World Citizenship Passport program, promoting individual liberties through the exercise of protected human rights. He is Ambassador at Large and High Commissioner of the Brotherhood of Dragons (since 2015), a UN-registered International Charity Organization (ICO) based in Vienna, holding Observer status in the UN Economic and Social Council, with diplomatic status and established diplomatic relations with the European Union and African Union.
