J’ai appris avec une profonde tristesse la disparition de Mohamed Ibrahim, ancien Président de la République par intérim.

En cette douloureuse circonstance, la région de Hambou et la localité de Mdjoiézi perdent un grand commis de l’État, reconnu pour sa droiture et son sens élevé de l’intérêt général.

Plusieurs fois Ministre, ancien Directeur général d’Al-Watwan, ancien cadre du PNUD PNUD Comores et premier Président de la CENI, il laisse le souvenir d’un engagement constant au service de la République.

J’adresse mes condoléances les plus attristées à sa famille, à ses proches ainsi qu’au peuple comorien. Paix à son âme.
