This development follows the extension of the jurisdiction of The Gambia Embassy in Addis Ababa to also cover the Republic of Rwanda.

It was a privilege to spend this time with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-The Gambia, H.E. Ambassador Salimatta Touray, and the team at the Permanent Mission of The Gambia to the African Union. We’ve had an incredible series of engagements across regional blocs, sharing our vision and commitment to contributing to an Africa fit for its children.

As we look toward tomorrow’s election, I am deeply grateful for the guidance of our diplomatic team and the opportunity to serve this continental mandate.
