To all concerned MSc students

This is to inform you that the next Thesis Submission deadline is October 15, 2025. The defense sessions will take place between November 1–5, 2025.

Accordingly, you are required to:

Submit three hard copies of your thesis, duly signed by you and your respective advisor(s), by October 15, 2025.

Send a soft copy of your thesis to [email protected]

📢 MSc Thesis Submission Notice

Dear MSc Students under the Faculty of Environment, Gender and Development Studies,

This is to inform all concerned that the upcoming MSc thesis submission and defense period is scheduled as follows:

🗓️ Submission Dates:
May 17–19, 2025

📍Each student is required to submit three bound hard copies of their thesis, duly signed by both the student and their advisor(s).
📍In addition, a soft copy in both Word and PDF formats must be emailed to [email protected], with a copy to [email protected], no later than the final day of submission.

Please ensure that all submission requirements are strictly followed.

🛑 Late submissions will not be accepted.

ማስታወቂያ ለትምህርት ፈላጊዎች

ጥቅምት 26 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም

ሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2017 ዓ.ም በተለያዩ ካምፓሶቹ በሚሰጡ የትምህርት መስኮች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በማታና በዕረፍት ቀናት ተማሪዎችን ተቀብሎ ለማስተማር ይፈልጋል፡፡

የማመልከቻ መስፈርቶች፡-
• 12ኛ ክፍል አጠናቀው ብሔራዊ ፈተና ተፈትነው የዘመኑን መቁረጫ ነጥብ የሚያሟሉ እና ፈተናውን ከወሰዱ አምስት አመት ያልበለጣቸው፤
• በ2015 ዓ.ም እና በ2016 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በአቅም ማሻሻያ (Remedial) ፕሮግራም ትምህርቱን/ቷን የተከታተለ/ች እና የዓመቱን የማለፍያ ነጥብ ያገኘ/ች
• በቴክኒክና ሙያ ደረጃ 4 ያጠናቀቁና COC ያለፉ በሙያው ቢየንስ ሁለት ዓመት ያገለገሉ እና ዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚያዘጋጀውን የመግቢያ ፈተና ማለፍ የሚችሉ፤
• በቀድሞ የትምህርት ስርዓት 12+ 2 ዲፕሎማ ያላቸው ወይንም በማንኛውም የት/ት ዓይነት የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ያላቸው፤
• የትምህርት ማስረጃቸው ትክክለኛነት ከኢፌዲሪ የትምህርት ስልጠና ባለስልጣን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል፤

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

• አመልካቾች ከጥቅምት 27 እስከ ኀዳር 06/2017 ዓ.ም በስራ ሰዓት ዋናው ሬጅስትራር ቢሮ ቁጥር 41 በመቅረብ ማመልከት ይቻላሉ፡፡
• አመልካቾች የንግድ ባንክ ቁጥር 1000013481788 በመጠቀም የማመልከቻ ክፍያ 50 ብር መክፈል ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
• የተማሪዎች ቁጥር ከመቀበል አቅም በታች (ዝቅተኛ) ከሆነ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች የማይከፈቱ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
