The FSM Division of Anti-Human Trafficking Services is a governmental agency under the FSM Department of Justice.
Its mandate is delivered through awareness raising, oversight of investigations, victim support services and advocacy.

T.H Tulensa W. Palik, Kosrae State Governor, visited the FSM Anti-Human Trafficking Services Division's Central Office in Pohnpei to reaffirm Kosrae State Government's commitment in its' collaborative efforts with the FSM National Government in combating human trafficking. The Governor was received by Assistant Secretary Lino Amor.

A three-day Police Training Course on Counter Trafficking and Victim Identification was provided to FSM National Police, State Police, Municipality Police in Kosrae during mid-month of November 2025 by the Office of FSM Anti-Human Trafficking Services Division (AHTSD).

October 29, 2025. The Office of Anti-Human Trafficking continues to bring essential information on the prevention of human trafficking to our students at the College of Micronesia, National Campus, Pohnpei. Subjects discussed includes “indicators of trafficking, definition of human trafficking, elements of human trafficking, FSM Code on human trafficking” and Victim assistance services that are available in the FSM. Thank you COM-FSM for the time allocated for our Office.

Delegates from the FSM Department of Justice arrived at the FSM Embassy in Washington DC this week, with a goal to strengthen the collaboration efforts between the two Departments (DOJ and DFA) in tackling reported issues and challenges in both trafficking matters and passport applications and procedures.
From Land to Sea, no matter where the crime may exist, the FSM stands strong in combating Human Trafficking.
