It was an emotional weekend watching all the different vigils for the beloved Charlie Kirk. Here are pictures from the vigil on Friday evening in Paris, where Randy Yaloz, our President, and Nicolas Conquer, our spokesman, spoke. The hommage was put together by N. Conquer, D. Rieu, E. Tegner, S. Rigault, and Cocarde Etudiant.. About 200 people came. We thank all who came and participated.

Republicans Overseas France honors September 11
and the life of Charlie Kirk

On this solemn 24th anniversary of 9/11/2001 we remember and pay tribute to the over 3000 people murdered by Islamic terrorists on that day.

For a moment, all Americans and decent people, were united as one – Republicans and Democrats, all ethnicities, all nationalities. But sadly, that unity no longer exists. The USA is so politically polarized that we can no longer express political differences and opinions in a respectful, peaceful manner. The freedom of speech, which has always been the bedrock of American Society, is at risk today because of intolerance and hatred.

Charlie Kirk, the strongest and most important young voice in the Conservative Republican MAGA movement, was assassinated. Although as of this writing, the shooter is not yet apprehended, it is clear the assassin was a left-wing intolerant person who was filled with hatred towards Charlie and his Christian conservative values. Hatred fueled by years of dehumanizing Republicans by Democrat Leaders, and Democrat supported media and academics.

Charlie was murdered doing what he loves – speaking to thousands at an American University and debating students that didn’t agree with him, in a non-violent and respectful manner. Charlie was an example for everyone. He was a loving husband and father with strong Christian values, he was a brave patriot who loved his country and tried to improve humanity, he was a gifted debater and was respectful of people with opposing views.

Charlie and Republicans are not fascists, Nazi’s, racists, misogynists, transphobes, or any type of phobe, nor “threats to Democracy”, as taught to kids over the past two decades. Words have consequences.

We pray for Charlie’s wife, children, family and close friends. Republicans Overseas France will not let him die in vain and will continue to speak truth and express our conviction in a respectful and peaceful way. We Are Charlie.

Sincerely,
Randy Yaloz, President - Republicans Overseas France

Perhaps last night, when you went to bed, you remembered that life should never be taken for granted, because tomorrow is never promised.

Twenty-four years ago, on the night of Sept 10, 246 people went to sleep thinking about their flights the next day. Another 2,606 people went to sleep thinking about their workday in the morning, and 343 firefighters went to sleep thinking about their shift the next day. Additionally, 60 police officers went to sleep thinking about their patrol in the morning, and 8 paramedics went to sleep thinking about their shift the next day.

None of them lived to see past 10 a.m. on September 11, 2001.

This painful reminder shows us that in a single moment, a life can be changed forever.

So today, as you breathe, as you live, as you enjoy every second before you fall asleep to prepare for tomorrow, hold your loved ones close. Hold them in your arms a little longer. And never forget: not a single second of our lives should be taken for granted.

Memorial Day was well observed by many in our organization at several locations. It was noted to be a very meaningful moment, reflecting on the sacrifice of so many. Here are some pictures from the American Cemeteries in Normandy, Suresnes and the Lafayette Escadrille Monument in Marnes-la-Coquette. Next year, please think about joining us.

Victory in Europe Day is the day celebrating the formal acceptance by the Allies of World War II of Germany's unconditional surrender of its armed forces on Tuesday, 8 May 1945; it marked the official surrender of all German military operations.

Hallelujah! Show your gratitude today and everyday by thanking a veteran and voting to uphold the values of those who love peace and freedom.
