We mourn the tragic and unexpected loss of the Sudanese intellectual and socialist activist Muzan Alneel. Her work has guided us in our struggle for a democratic Sudan, governed for and by the people and free from foreign neocolonial powers and the dictatorial warlords.

Her insightful materialist analysis and revolutionary commitment to the truth and the needs of the Sudanese people have been invaluable sources of inspiration. We express our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and comrades.

May justice grow from her memory.

On the third anniversary of the outbreak of the April 15 war in Sudan, the country stands before one of the world's worst humanitarian catastrophes, after three years of conflict that have left widespread destruction and unprecedented suffering for the population.

Recent reports indicate that approximately 33.7 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance, while the number of internally displaced persons has surpassed 13 million, in addition to 4 million refugees abroad who are enduring dire conditions. Moreover, 25 million people face the risk of food insecurity, amid a significant funding gap that has covered only 15% of humanitarian needs.

The suffering of the most vulnerable groups is worsening: 17 million children require assistance, 8 million children are deprived of education, and 12 million women and girls face the risk of sexual violence.

The continuation of the war exacerbates the crisis and threatens the country's future. Therefore, we call for an immediate cessation of the war, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid, protecting civilians, and working earnestly toward a peaceful solution that ends the suffering of the Sudanese people.

We are working in the trenches together to alleviate the suffering of refugees in Athens and to reflect the reality of the war in Sudan. We aspire to achieve peace and end the war.

Yes to peace

Commemorating the Fall of the Tyrant
On this glorious day, the eleventh of April, 2019, our people inscribed an immortal page in the annals of their long struggle, when their free will triumphed and brought down one of the most formidable regimes of tyranny. That night was the culmination of immense patience and tremendous sacrifices offered by the sons and daughters of the homeland for the sake of freedom, peace, and justice.
The people rose, united and armed solely with nonviolence and their unwavering faith in their cause, to affirm that the will of the masses is mightier than despotism and that the voice of truth cannot be silenced. The regime that had weighed upon the chests of the people for decades fell, and a new chapter began—one whose promise lies in building a civil, democratic state governed by the rule of law and where rights are safeguarded.
This anniversary is not merely a celebration of a regime's downfall; it is an enduring reminder of our responsibilities toward what has been achieved, and of the necessity to continue the journey to realize the full objectives of the revolution. Freedom is incomplete without justice, peace remains elusive without redress for the victims, and democracy cannot be built without the participation of all.
Despite the state of war, suffering, and division that has since befallen the country, the path toward civil and democratic transformation remains an irreversible choice and a course mandated by the people's sacrifices and aspirations. The current crises, however immense, will not deter the popular will from continuing the peaceful struggle to reclaim the revolution's trajectory and build a durable civil, democratic state founded on the principles of freedom, peace, and justice.
On this occasion, we salute the souls of the martyrs who sealed this victory with their pure blood. We bow in reverence to the sacrifices of the wounded and the missing, and we renew our pledge of loyalty to the values and principles of
the revolution.
Let us make this anniversary a moment for reflection and renewal, and let us continue to work together, shoulder to shoulder, for a homeland that embraces all, where human dignity is revered, and where the people's aspirations for freedom, peace, and justice are fulfilled.

Long live the will of the people, and eternal glory to the martyrs.
