We are seeking exam invigilators to join our friendly and dedicated team with the preparation and delivery of internal and external public exams, working at key times throughout the academic year. Full training provided.

Our invigilators have a key role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination/assessment process, conducting examinations in accordance with JCQ and Fullbrook regulations and instructions. We are looking for reliable candidates with a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude, who can work collaboratively as part of the team to set up and invigilate exams.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic administration assistant to join our highly dedicated learning support faculty in supporting students with SEND. You will be part of an amazing department motivating students to develop their skills and giving them the confidence to work more independently.

As an administration assistant you will respond to telephone enquires in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks, including receiving and recording information, assisting students with queries and providing comprehensive support to the SENDCO, including diary management. You will oversee EHCP administration and ensure an effective process for the completion of Profiles and Pastoral Plans.

Contract type – 14.5 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks)
Hours – 8.15am-4pm, Monday and Friday
Contract term - Permanent
