The community pain service is comprised of a group of clinicians and support staff that work closely to diagnose pain conditions, develop a shared management plan and deliver the majority of treatment in the community. Our aim is to work in partnership with you to:
• Reduce pain and/or its impact
• Maximise functionality and wellbeing
