The SPV Head Office is centrally situated in the West Midlands for access to anywhere in the UK and also has satellite forces in Glasgow, Cumbria, Weston Super mare, Hampshire and Swansea. Following continuous year on year growth over the last few years, SPV Group refurbished and then moved to a purpose designed and built premises in Aldridge, Walsall at the beginning of 2008. Encompassing 18,000 square foot of warehouse space and 3,000 square foot of office space the new space has provided the company with the room to grow, develop and expand into new markets. SPV Group has a combined work force of over 100 operatives, all trained and experienced in the installation of a wide range of systems and products. We have a transport fleet consisting of over 40 vehicles, comprising of a variety of top of the range Panel Vans, Pick up’s, Heavy Goods Vehicles and HIAB’s. Through our extensive fleet of vehicles which includes vans, lorries and cherry pickers and our many directly employed, trained operatives, we are able to provide a 24hr emergency response 365 days a year. SPV also incorporates its own Scaffold Division to ensure that all tasks are carried out in house. SPV has the ability to carry out complete surveys for waterproofing, rainwater goods, roof lights, gutters, flashings and cappings and provide costs for replacement or repairs, including the installation of any roof edge protection. Our SPV Special Projects Division offers project design and construction on large-scale renovation projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. SPV Special Projects can undertake full design and build renovations of existing Hotel, Leisure and Office Buildings from Architectural Design and Planning Permission to full internal and external building refurbishment. SPV Group also specialises in SPV Non Slip Surfacing Material. The membrane is a non slip, waterproof and extremely durable material which is not damaged by chemicals, high heels or cigarette burns. It has a multitude of applications from waterproofing car parks to balcony areas to bridges. SPV are also specialists in re building works following fire damage. We will liaise directly with the insurance company from project commencement to completion. SPV have a broad range of Clients in many commercial sectors including Intercontinental Hotels Group, Rank Group Gaming Division, Odeon Cinemas, Iceland Frozen Foods, Jones Lang Lasalle, Parkdean resorts and The Coop. We work closely with all clients to ensure that contracts are carried out within the agreed timescales, within budget and to the agreed Specifications. SPV have recently completed the liquid roofing works at The Coop store, Llandelio , Carmarthenshire
Working for Mahoney Contracts Ltd on behalf of the Co-op, our remit was to supply and lay a Sika specification as per RLB Specifications.
A design scaffold was supplied and erected for the safe undertaking of the works following by the installation of the Sika Liquid waterproofing solution.
All works were completed with agreed budgets and time scales

Works are progressing well on our site at The Co-op Woolstanton.
We have 2 apprentices on site gaining invaluable experience on a large scale specialist tiling project.
We aim to teach all our apprentices how to carry out roofing works to the highest of standards at all times and help support their professional and personal development whilst undertaking their industry specific training.

SPV are supporting and taking part in the Co-op 2021 Charity Bike Ride!
On the 18th September 2021, a group of 10 riders from Co-op Construction and Co-op constructions supply which includes SPV Lorry driver Adrian Kinsella, will take on a huge challenge in cycling 900 miles from Lands End to John O Groats over 8 days, finishing in John O Groats over 8 days, finishing in John O’Groats on September 25th
All monies raised in completing this challenge will go to the Co-op’s charity partners Mind, SAMH and Inspire as these charities sit close to their hearts
One in four people have a mental health problem and in any given year and the pandemic is having an impact with 60% of adults and 68% of young people reporting their mental health has gotten worse, so any donations are very much appreciated
The next few weeks they are aiming to hit their target of £10,000 for the 3 charities and to inspire all the riders to complete this epic challenge
SPV have recently completed the gutter and soffit replacement works at The Coop store, Penkridge
Working for Mahoney Contracts Ltd on behalf of the Co-op, our remit was to remove and dispose of existing rainwater guttering and downpipes then provide suitable deep flow guttering and downspouts sufficient to meet the required flow rates for the roof.
We also removed and disposed of existing timber fascia and soffit boards to all elevations the supplied and installed new composite UPVC fascia board to each elevation
