Some moments quietly change the course of a life forever.
In this personal testimony, one man reflects on how a simple invitation, a small prayer meeting, and a courageous step of faith at fifteen shaped not only his own future, but the spiritual journey of his whole family.
From those early days in Birmingham to a lifetime in ministry, this is a story of transformation, calling, and the enduring power of the gospel.

Security is something we all long for, whether we name it or not. It shapes how we react to words spoken over us, how we respond to loss, uncertainty, or rejection, and even how we relate to God when life feels unsafe or unanswered.
This reflection invites you to pause and consider where your own sense of security comes from, what threatens it, how you protect it, and whether it is strong enough to hold you when life feels most fragile.
As human explanations and psychological insights are explored, the deeper question remains: where can true, lasting security be found?

What if God showed up in your workplace today, would you notice?
In this thought-provoking reflection, Georgie revisits Moses’ encounter with God in the burning bush and challenges our assumptions about where and how we meet with Him.
From hospital wards to office desks, she reminds us that, through Jesus, we are invited into a deeper and more intimate relationship with God than Moses could ever have imagined, and that He is just as present in our working lives as He is in quiet moments of worship.

There are some people who do not take promises seriously. Take Jonathan Swift’s quip for example: ‘Promises and pie-crust are made to be broken’! Are you known as someone ‘whose word is your bond’ that people trust because of your reliability and follow-through?
For many people, a promise is a bit like a new year’s resolution that they’ll try to keep but they don’t expect to manage a whole year and don’t think it matters too much if they don’t. Imagine God was like that – if He was, then there would be no hope, no physical laws that you could rely on and great uncertainty for spiritual blessings.

When failure hits, it can feel final. Shame, regret, and fear can crowd out any sense of hope, leaving us convinced that we’ve gone too far to be restored. In this pastoral letter, Oggy writes to “Dan” – and to anyone who has ever felt spiritually ruined – with honest, practical counsel rooted in Scripture and grace. It’s a reminder that confession is the beginning of renewal, and that God’s mercy is deeper than our mistakes:
