Our Story of the Month for June is We're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury.

Follow and join in the family's excitement as they wade through the grass, splash through the river and squelch through the mud in search of a bear. What a surprise awaits them in the cave on the other side of the dark forest!

Laura Ellen Anderson is an author and illustrator best known for the Amelia Fang and Rainbow Grey series.

Len Deighton is our Author of the Month for June.

Len Deighton was a prolific British author, best known for his gritty and realistic Cold War Spy stories.
Deighton redefined the genre in the 1960s and introduced us to a new kind of spy: working-class, cynical and very tough... and brilliantly portrayed by Michael Caine when the books became films. Being a spy suddenly became very cool indeed!
