The 'Silent Solution' system helps those in genuine need to alert the Police they are in danger when they are unable to speak.

If you are unable to speak after dialling 999, pressing 55 will alert the call handler you are in need of immediate help.

The call handler will prompt you through the call 💜

Could you get extra support from energy companies?

If you're on the company's priority risk register, they can give you advance notice of planned power cuts and send someone to check on you if there is one, helping you to prepare if anything goes wrong.

Check if you're eligible and learn more about what you could get help with through the link in the comments.

Its important to think how we can each interact within the community, could I do something kind for someone else?, do I need help?, positive actions have a ripple effect and can make a real difference to someone - even a small gesture can be a massive help

Ignore the stigma, take a brave step and connect

Last night, 46 men braved the heat and walked through the doors of our two Leicester clubs, with one man coming for the very first time. That's 46 men ignoring the stigma and confirming that it is indeed okay to talk. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone and don't face it alone. We'll be back next Monday in Leicester Forest East and Wigston, as well as our 350+ other locations across England, Scotland and Wales.
