The Forum Football Team blazed their way to the top of Division One of the Spirit of Merseyside League on Tuesday with an outstanding display, winning all four games despite the scorching temperatures.

The team showed fantastic determination, teamwork, and support for one another throughout the day, making everyone proud both on and off the pitch.

Huge thank you to Chris Kirkland for his inspiring talk on su***de awareness and prevention, and to Liverpool Homeless Football Club for organising the tournament in such challenging weather conditions.

Football training sessions at the Soccer Dome in Birkenhead will now take place at 2.00pm on Thursdays - open to all residents, so please come along and get involved!

We’re incredibly grateful to The Salvation Army in Rock Ferry for their continued generosity and regular donations to our Beacon Project. The kindness they show our residents never goes unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything they do for our community.

Our brilliant resident panel representative Jess is also a Valkyrie for the Oldershaw Women’s Rugby Team, and what a season they’ve had! 🏉💪

The Valkyries recently powered to a fantastic 34–5 victory over Ormskirk in their final game of the season. An incredible performance from the whole squad.

Jess shows exactly what can happen when residents get involved, take opportunities, and make a difference, both on and off the pitch.

Residents at Haven House enjoyed some gardening in the sunshine alongside Paul, our Caretaker, getting hands-on and creative with their own plant pots. The pots were sourced from a local Facebook giveaway page, “Before the Tip,” and brought to life with plants that were very generously donated by a nearby business.
