Not long now until 10 June, when the PCA will publish the findings of the 2026 Tied Tenant Survey.
The Pubs Code regulates the relationship between all pub companies owning 500 or more tied pubs in England and Wales and their tied tenants.
As the Pubs Code Adjudicator, Fiona Dickie is responsible for enforcing the statutory Pubs Code. It is there to ensure tied tenants and licensees get fair and lawful treatment by their pub company and are no worse off than if they were free of tie. The pub companies covered by the Code are:
Admiral
Greene King
Marston’s
Punch Pubs
Star Pubs & Bars
Stonegate (trading name of Ei Group)
