Recently, the iSE Women’s Enterprise Hub in Birmingham welcomed Women’s Health Minister Baroness Gillian Merron, who visited to learn more about the work of Sparkbrook Children’s Zone and their efforts to improve women’s health outcomes across the city.
In Birmingham, infant mortality rates are around twice the national average, with global majority communities disproportionately affected. Initiatives like the Women’s Offer are helping address this through early support, health awareness and community led intervention.
At iSE, we’re proud that the Women’s Enterprise Hub can provide a home for organisations delivering work like this...bringing together partners, professionals and communities around solutions that support women and families.
A huge thank you to the teams leading this work and to those continuing to champion women’s health across Birmingham.👏👏
