Lest We Forget

When we visit your home, to give you our fire safety advice, we always talk about charging mobile phone, tablets and laptops. Our advice is to make sure you have a decent charger that is in good condition. Not to charge over night, try to charge in the day when you're about. Make sure when you are charging you place them on a hard surface, rather than leaving them on the bed or a sofa. 👍

We are very sorry to announce that our OPEN DAY on Sat 2nd September has been regrettably CANCELLED.

There is a CAR WASH at Billesley fire station now until 1400 TODAY...... NOW..... Raising money for the 3 charities that our friend and colleague Iain who was lost swimming the English Channel this week. Please come and support us.

We would now like to thank everyone who came to our station's 60 birthday open day. We hope you all had a good day, we certainly did. We estimate around 2000 people attended the event. On the day the station personnel with bucket collections and stall holders raised over £675 for the firefighters charity. The separate Firefighters Charity stall had, in their words, their busiest open day EVER raising over £1400. So the event was a tremendous success. Here are just a few pictures from the event.
