Do you know there's a choice when it comes to your development's water provider?
As a New Appointment and Variation (NAV) company, AWIN is a licensed alternative to the incumbent, with the same statutory duties but a very different approach.
No bonds. No application fees. Transparent charging. An in-house legal and design team that keeps things moving. And a 100% Ofwat licence success rate.
We work across England on residential developments, from early feasibility right through to adoption.
If you're planning a new site and haven't explored a NAV appointment yet, get in touch β¬οΈ

Great to be out in Kirkby, Liverpool, last week for the initial site visits and kick-off meetings with Westshield π·ββοΈ
While only the first few sewerage pipes and infrastructure are being laid, our involvement starts right here. Being on site during the early stages allows us to support the process throughout, and ensure a smooth path to adopting the assets down the line.
Weβll be sharing further updates as this site takes shape and the project progresses.

On site in Halstead π·ββοΈ
A few snapshots from air testing on the latest phase of drainage infrastructure, taking place before the homes in this section are built.
Working alongside the SLP, we carried out these checks to confirm the sewerage network is performing exactly as it should.
Weβre pleased to say all tests passed successfully, helping keep the project on schedule and avoiding unexpected issues later in the build.

This week we had the pleasure of supporting Blossoms SEND π£
Over the last month, our team has been busy collecting for our Easter Egg Appeal. It was great to welcome Ellie and Sophie from their team yesterday to pick up the donations!
These treats will be part of an amazing, inclusive Easter Egg Hunt for the children they support.
A big thank you to the team for taking part!
