It's survey o'clock.
Once a year we aim to capture your feedback about our library service via our 'impact survey'. This week it would be great if you could complete a very short survey about your visit - to help demonstrate the value of library services.
Every response helps us understand how libraries support local people and communities.
Thanks very much.

Just think - a month ago we had a very special visitor to the library - where does the time go?
Bridport Library were delighted to host two book signing sessions with the fantastic Michael Rosen following his two sold-out shows at Bridport's Electric Palace. 📚

The queues were enormous, but Michael made sure that every single person had the chance to have their books signed, take photographs and enjoy a memorable moment with him.

The first photo shows some of the Bridport Library team with Michael. In the second, Michael is holding a thank you card that was presented to him, filled with messages from attendees who wanted to share their appreciation and tell him how much the day meant to them.

A huge thank you to Michael Rosen for his generosity, kindness and patience, and to everyone who came along and helped make the signings so special.

Fast backs
Do you know about our 'fast back' books?
These are popular and bestselling titles available in the library that you can borrow for 1 or 2 weeks, to keep them in circulation - and they are not able to go off for reservations in other libraries.
Look out for the 'Fast back' book displays next time you're in the library - and beat the queue!
