Neil was lead Welsh Lib Dem candidate in the 2026 Senedd Elections for PCM and is a former Community Councillor.

He has been a resident in Llanharan for many years and is passionate about improving the lives, opportunities and well-being of those who live and work in the area.

As such, he first joined the Executive of RCT Liberal Democrats in 2021. In that time he has served as as an ordinary Exec member, Diversity Officer and Chair.

He is an experienced campaigner and has been involved in a number of local elections.

His motivation for getting involved in politics is because he wants to see positive outcomes for the area and firmly believes that residents deserve so much better!
