👏🏽👏🏽

It started at MPCT Cardiff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A huge congratulations to former learner Fusilier Perington, who has successfully passed out from Infantry Training Centre Catterick and is now joining The Royal Welsh.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Speaking to staff, he said:

“It all began at MPCT Cardiff. I couldn’t have completed my training without the guidance, support, and preparation provided by the staff.”

We are incredibly proud to have been part of his journey and to see him achieve this milestone. His dedication, resilience, and hard work have paid off, and this is only the beginning.

👏 Congratulations, Fusilier Perington. We wish you every success in your military career.

The future is bright.🇬🇧

On 8 May 1945, victory in Europe was declared. Today, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the generation who fought to secure our freedom.

From the streets and battlefields of the Second World War to the training grounds and operations of today, the legacy of service continues. The soldiers of The Royal Welsh stand proudly on the shoulders of those who came before them — carrying forward the same values of duty, honour, and commitment.

We remember the fallen.
We honour the veterans.
We support those who serve today.

Lest We Forget. 🇬🇧
