We have previously raised concerns with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regarding television advertising by some online funeral providers, which we believed had the potential to mislead consumers and create confusion about the services being offered.

We are pleased to see that the ASA has now upheld complaints against certain advertisements, ruling that aspects of them were misleading and could confuse members of the public.

Kate joined us at just 16, when Trevor Hickton asked her if she could type — and he meant on a typewriter. From those early days as a funeral arranger, she has supported countless families with care, compassion, and professionalism at some of their most difficult times.

Over the years, Kate has grown with the business and now manages our stone masonry business - Jones Memorials - Dudley continuing to help families create lasting and meaningful memorials.

Her dedication, loyalty, and commitment to both the families we serve and our business has been unwavering.
