🔥 OUR BIGGEST AJAX WIRELESS FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION TO DATE! 🔥
What a project this has been for MC Fire & Security!
Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been working hard at Rosemundy House Hotel, completing our biggest Ajax wireless fire alarm installation to date, with an impressive 167 devices! 🚨
The hotel’s existing fire alarm system was long overdue for a full upgrade. With ageing cabling, incorrectly positioned devices and the challenge of keeping disruption to a minimum while the hotel remained open to guests, we decided that a fully wireless Ajax EN54 system was the perfect solution.
🔥 The installation includes:
✅ 167 wireless fire alarm devices
✅ 1 Ajax fire alarm control panel
✅ 4+ Ajax ReX range extenders positioned throughout the hotel
✅ Category L2 fire alarm coverage
✅ Coverage extending to the outside lodges and more distant hotel rooms
✅ Excellent wireless signal strength across the site
One of the biggest challenges was achieving reliable wireless coverage throughout such a large building, including the external lodges and rooms furthest away from the main panel.
But we’ve done it! 💪🔥
This is a huge achievement for MC Fire & Security, and another example of just how far wireless fire alarm technology has come.
Most importantly, we’ve been able to deliver a major fire alarm upgrade while keeping disruption to the hotel’s day-to-day operations and guests to a minimum.
A massive thank you to for helping us get all the equipment sorted and to for his assistance with the quotation and planning.
Thankyou to for assisting get this zone chart sorted.
We’re incredibly proud to see MC Fire & Security taking on projects of this size, and it just goes to show that no job is too big or too small!
