West London Birders Local group of birders with car outings exploring the best bird watching sites close to London. All welcome from beginners to dedicated birders.

As a group of bird enthusiasts, but not twitchers, we want to share our knowledge of birds. We came together in 2008 when the local RSPB group closed and wished to continue with an exciting programme of events. We organise regular car outings to explore the best birdwatching sites within a couple of hours of Ealing. We also hold a monthly Conservation Working Party at RSPB Church Wood reserve at Hedgerley, Buckinghamshire carrying out coppicing, fencing and nest box monitoring. Weekends away are also organised as well as an annual overseas trip! Please contact Nigel Dodd for further details. [email protected]
