To our valued Customers…
Like many other small businesses, we have taken the responsible decision to cancel sleepover bookings we have scheduled after this weekend until such time as the Government guidelines deem it appropriate to lift the social distancing measures put in place. We have contacted everyone who has bookings with us through until the end of April offering full refunds or to reschedule to a future date. We will continue to monitor the situation closely for the longer term and will refund or reschedule bookings already made with us for future months if the guidelines continue. We understand the inconvenience this may cause to younger children who have birthdays over the coming months, but we feel this is the right thing to do for the wellbeing of everyone.
We have been working on some new themes and will continue to post photos and look forward to setting up sleepover events for later in the year. If you want to continue to make a booking to secure a date for the future, please do get in touch. In such circumstances we will continue to make refunds if the current COVID-19 situation extends beyond any new bookings.
