A little bit of what you fancy never hurt anyone. Right?!

Have you ever tried to stop or cut down on something only to end up doing it more!

You energy and focus goes when attention flows. If you’re trying to change something or create new habits.instead of focussing on the NOT having or doing something change your focus and switch to focussing on the thing you want to do.

Then:

Make it as easy as possible to do it

Reduce the time between saying you’ll do something to actually doing it.

So if you are going to try and get to the gym in the morning.
Ditch the word TRY, say you are going to the gym

Get to bed at a time that supports tomorrows goal

Get everything ready the night before

Get an accountability buddy - tell someone

When you get up, get ready and go, any delays are likely to turn into a bigger delay until you then start thinking of all the reasons why you now can’t make it.

The big change here is to visualise going to the gym, run it through your head, go to the time when you have finished your work out, your leaving the gym feeling amazing, notice the feeling in your body, you are happy, proud that you said you were going to do it and you did it.

You kept your promise to yourself!

You’re building self trust!

Build on that again and again.

You don’t have to ride the rollercoaster alone. 🎢

Running your own business is one of the best things you’ll ever do.

It can also be one of the loneliest.

Whether you’re building a side hustle, going all in on a startup, or leading a team — connection matters. Community matters. Having people around you who get it matters.

That’s what our coworking days are all about.

Nerissa explains it perfectly 👆

If you’re craving real support and want to enjoy the journey with company around you — come and join us.

Drop COWORK in the comments and I’ll send you the details. 🎢

Nobody tells you how isolating running your own business can be.

You’re out here doing something brave. And some days it’s brilliant — and some days it’s really, really hard.

That’s why I created the Rollercoaster Club.

A space for women in business to come together — for connection, support, growth and a lot of fun. Because you shouldn’t have to do this alone.

If that sounds like exactly what you need right now, come and find us. The next event is coming. 🎢

Want me to tweak the tone at all — or write a version with a bit more of your playful energy in it?

Choose you!

I chose this. I chose courage. I chose effort. And that really is worth celebrating.

Even if your business is small. Even if you’re still figuring it out.

We’ll build self confidence, self belief and resilience together!

Follow the journey. 👇

Waiting to feel ready? That’s not how it works.

Courage isn’t something that shows up before you take the leap

It’s what grows because you did.

The confidence comes after the action. Every single time.

So whatever it is you’ve been putting off until you feel “ready enough”… this is your sign.

I’m Fiona — I coach women on confidence, self-belief and resilience. If you want more of that energy in your life, give me a follow.

New in business, years in or working on your side hustle? Join us for community, connection and support for the ups and downs!

"It's like a roller coaster."

That's what everyone said when I started my business. Now talking to other founders it's so true for them too. The highs, the lows, the constant ups and downs.

That's why I created Roller Coaster Club a space where female founders and professionals connect, share the chaos, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges together. Because the rollercoaster is always more fun with company.

Work with brilliant company (because home gets lonely)
Step back and get real perspective on your business
Join a guided session to work through what's actually on your mind
Connect one-to-one with me for coaching support
Think, plan, or just crack on with your to-do list
No pressure. No agenda. Just space to breathe, think, and be around people who get it.

The price includes beverages, snacks, lunch, and proper thinking space.

Whether you're wrestling with a big decision, need accountability to finally do that thing, or just want to work somewhere that isn't your sofa — this day is for you.

Booking link is in the comments.

Hope to see you there. If this isn't for you, do me a favour and share the post. You never know who this might help!

I’m no one special.
The version of me from five years ago — and beyond — could never have imagined being here.

Running my own business. Working for myself. Coaching women to find their confidence, build their self-belief, develop their resilience.
Working alongside female founders and helping them grow the skills they need to support them on their journey.

Recently, someone told me they hadn’t got a clue what they were doing.
I gently suggested a reframe.
Because here’s the thing, they are capable. They are knowledgeable. They are experienced. The only part that’s new? Becoming a business owner. Setting up and running a business. That bit is new.

But new doesn’t mean clueless.

New means embarking on a journey. A new adventure. A new path.

So instead of “I haven’t got a clue what I’m doing,” we created something else to say. Something to actually believe in.

I’m embarking on a new journey.

They messaged me shortly after to say they’d already started saying it — and it felt so much better.

Because it does. When you swap something draining for something resourceful, something helpful — it shifts things.

That’s the work I do. Through the mindset coaching, yes — but also by getting out there and doing it myself. Showing you, not just telling you.

I hope this inspires someone today. 🤍

Rollercoaster Club Co-working Day ✨

Surround yourself with brilliant female founders. Women carving out their future, navigating the chaos, backing themselves.

Because we all have those days. The doubt. The decisions. The challenges. The pricing dilemmas. The quiet voice asking… am I good enough? What if it doesn’t work out?

Having people around you who get it really matters.
And so does having the self-belief, confidence, and resilience to keep going when it gets tough.

The Rollercoaster Club was built for exactly this. Because business is a wild ride — the highs, the lows, the twists you never see coming, the stomach-drop moments.

All of it. And it’s so much better with company.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Come and find your people. 🎢 book on the next day.
