Taking a break from posting about my east coast travels to share this flavorful and refreshing recipe.
Its funky, tart, brightness is layered with smoke and bitter for a riot of intriguing flavor. It might look weird on paper (well, if you’re reading this on paper right now I’ve got questions) but it all comes together for an exciting departure from the norm.
Mezcalamity Spritz
1.5 oz
5 oz cachaca
75 oz cranberry mint syrup
75 oz lime
Top off with a healthy pour of grapefruit hibiscus heather hard kombucha
