Today marks the start of Pride Month 🏳️🌈
Let’s celebrate our LGBTQIA+ colleagues, communities and allies - and the talent, perspectives and contributions they bring to everything we do.
Our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) plays a vital role in creating a vibrant, inclusive space where people feel supported, empowered and able to thrive. It’s a community built on acceptance, allyship and the belief that everyone should feel they belong.
To mark the start of Pride, our LGBTQIA+ Lead, Peter Vernon‑Robinson, has shared a powerful reflection.
This Pride Month, and beyond, we celebrate individuality, champion equality and continue our commitment to inclusion ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

As Integration Manager for AbleFutures, Fiona Campbell spends her time supporting people and workplaces to better understand mental health and what really makes a difference.
In her latest blog, she shares a powerful reminder:
💭 Three million working days have already been lost to mental ill health this year.
And behind every one of those days is a person - someone feeling overwhelmed, anxious or simply unable to face the day.
When people feel supported, the impact goes further than the workplace. It reaches families, local communities and everyday life 🧠💛
👉 Insights worth taking into your next conversation around workplace mental health. Take a moment to read the blog.
Three million working days have already been lost this year due to mental ill health.
That’s not just a number - it’s people.
People feeling overwhelmed.
People carrying stress quietly.
People who needed support sooner.
We believe this statistic should make us pause. Not to accept it as “the way things are,” but to rethink how and when support is offered.
In her latest blog, Fiona Campbell, Integration Manager for Able Futures, looks at why awareness alone isn’t enough, why early help matters so much, and how workplaces can play a powerful role in helping people stay connected, well and supported https://ow.ly/NgoC50Z4KEz

Taking steps that matter 💛
Our Business Manager for Restart Scheme, Martin, took on a meaningful challenge walking between all the Restart Scheme Greater Manchester centres to raise awareness and funds for Crohn's & Colitis UK.
For Martin, this cause is personal. After his wife was diagnosed, he saw first‑hand the impact Crohn’s disease can have and how little awareness there still is around it, despite it now affecting around 500,000 people in the UK.
Over three days, Martin used both volunteering leave and his own time to complete the walk, all while sharing information about what is often a hidden illness. Helping others better understand the realities people face every day.
👏 An incredible effort for an important cause
