Urgent Thames Water Works At Station Road, St Mary Cray – Road Closed

Thames Water have closed Station Road, St Mary Cray following a burst water main this morning (Thursday 24/08).

The road has been closed between the junctions of Sevenoaks Way and Mill Brook Road. The road is expected to remain closed until early next week currently.

Traffic is being diverted via Sevenoaks Way, Cray Avenue, Kent Road, St Mary Cray High Street and Mill Brook Road and also via Sevenoaks Way and Main Road, St Pauls Cray. The width restrictions at Main Road have been temporarily removed whilst the closure is in place.

Urgent SGN Works At Cray Avenue, Orpington – Temporary Signals

SGN also have emergency works on the diversion route and are working under temporary traffic signals at the junction of Cray Avenue / Lagoon Road whilst they make repairs to a gas leak. These works are also expected to remain in place until early next week currently.
