Nuts & Seeds started on my kitchen worktop. Then something brilliant happened - people loved it! Orders grew and I knew I needed help with the baking. Now a small, brilliant team bake it to my exact recipe - and every batch comes straight back to me. I taste test the lot, bag it up and post it myself. It never leaves my hands for long.

My other recipes? Still made in my own kitchen — I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Bank holidays are my favourite. 💛 Family time, slow mornings, a breakfast that isn’t eaten standing up.

But Monday is over, and the kitchen is calling.

While the long weekend works its magic on everyone else’s inboxes, mine fills up with orders — and I love that. Every single one means someone’s about to start their morning with a bowl of something really good.

So this week it’s heads down, apron on, and a lot of 72% Dark Chocolate & Goji Berry coming out of my oven.
