An excellent resource for expectant mums, new mums and those preparing for pregnancy💯

Eating healthy during pregnancy is key in helping to reduce complications i.e gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and pre-term birth. However, having a healthy nutritious diet can sometimes be hard to stick to and does not always take into account cost and culture.
I wanted to start this project to provide dietary advice, support and to educate women in understanding how food choices can impact fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period but can still be enjoyable without breaking the bank.
I am very passionate about helping women get this bit right because I believe nutrition can help women have healthier pregnancies and positive experiences.
