Big news: Triple A Solutions has been awarded a place on G-Cloud 15

For social housing providers and councils, that means our PEEP and PcFRA training can now be bought through a pre-approved, compliant route, without the time and cost of a full tender.

It's well timed, too. The Regulator of Social Housing's new Competence and Conduct Standard comes into force on 1st October 2026, and providers will need to evidence that they have a plan to ensure that their staff are competent to support residents with evacuation needs.

Training attendance is no longer enough.

The Competence and Conduct Standard comes into force on 1 October 2026, and the message from the Regulator is clear:

* Don't just train people.
* Provide evidence they are competent.

Registered Providers will need robust frameworks, assessments, policies, audit trails and contractor assurance processes to demonstrate that staff have the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver safe and effective services.

For boards, this is becoming a governance and assurance issue, not simply an HR responsibility.

The transition period has started. The real question is whether your organisation is using it to prepare.

A cross-party committee has written to Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner urging stronger oversight and faster action on post-Grenfell building safety reforms.

The letter calls for an independent body to monitor progress on safety recommendations, better inclusion of affected residents—especially minority and overseas communities—in decisions about Grenfell Tower’s future, and urgent reforms to under-resourced building control services.

Concerns were also raised about delays to safety funding, lack of support for disabled residents, and cultural issues within fire services. The government has been asked to respond before Parliament’s summer recess.

Reducing legal liabilities for RPs: Irrespective of the lack of action by the Government regarding the Grenfell Tower Inquiry recommendations, the LGA legal view in their EEIS+ response makes it clear that PEEPs are legally required for all buildings under existing equality legislation.

Providing evidence of due diligence with the Fire Safety Order (FSO) is going to be essential to reduce an RP’s personal legal liabilities moving forward. This also provides an opportunity for fire professionals to offer their customers a new service providing high-quality, cost-effective PEEPs.

Triple A Solutions has a background of delivering PEEPs in the workplace and general needs accommodation. Since 2011, Triple A developed a suite of eLearning courses for RPs with a toolkit of worked examples and fillable form PEEPs templates for different scenarios. Practical PEEPs:
This course is in five parts and is aimed at building managers and RPs incurring responsibility for preparing and delivering PEEPs. 2 hours CPD awarded for successful completion of this course.

PEEPS & Neurodiversity:
A supplementary course to Practical PEEPs with a focus on how to develop a PEEP for a person with neurodiversity with 1.5 hours CPD awarded.
