In October, we had the honour of celebrating the launch of the first Chilean extra virgin olive oil exported to the United Kingdom. It is , which is now available in the UK thanks to

This milestone follows years of efforts and conversations between Icono and The Olive Boffin, with the support and facilitation of ProChile.

The launch also comes at a significant moment, as the UK’s accession to the CPTPP in December 2024 now allows Chilean olive oils to enter the British market duty-free.

We wish More Chile and The Olive Boffin every success in this exciting venture and look forward to continuing our support from ProChile as they grow in the UK market.

For the first time, she will host a special Pop-Up at the Chilean Embassy 🇨🇱🇬🇧.

Her latest project, “Desvelada,” explores migration, heritage, and emotional connections through sustainable fashion. Alongside her Spring/Summer 2026 collection, the Pop-Up will offer a sensory and narrative experience, where visitors can explore the creative process, discover the stories behind each garment, and connect with pieces that speak of memory, reconstruction, and new beginnings.

🗣️ To close the exhibition, we hosted a collective conversation between Latin American artists, curators, researchers, gallerists, and editorial projects — a powerful moment to exchange perspectives and ideas for shaping our presence in the UK arts scene 🎨

Take a look back to earlier year where we attended the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) Awards Dinner where 3 Pisco brands won gold medal. An evening in celebrating some amazing brands and meeting other like minded individuals supporting a great industry culture

* Pisquera Bou Barroeta, María’s Pisco - A delightful blend of orchard fruits, berries, and floral elegance leads to a crescendo of Seville orange and creamy tropical notes.
* Mistral 35° Pisco - Fresh and light, with vibrant pear, citrus, and floral aromas, complemented by a smooth, well-balanced palate.
* Mistral Nobel 40° Pisco - Velvety grapes with hints of candied orange and soft spice lead to a smooth, complex finish.

Meet our contestants:

Paul Minea: A master of mixology, Paul has crafted award-winning cocktails for some of the world’s most iconic bars and won multiple global cocktail competitions.

Ned Ratcliffe: Bar Manager at the Rhum Tavern, Ned recently claimed the UK Bartender Society Winner 2024 title, showcasing his expertise and flair.

Vitek Melichar: Currently leading the bar at Arlington, Vitek’s innovative approach has earned him multiple cocktail competition wins, including the 2023 High West UK title.

Kiki Dachtyloudi: A Greek mixologist with a stellar résumé, Kiki now supervises The Spy Bar at Raffles London, bringing world-class experience to every drink.

Nicola Pellegrinetti: Assistant Bar Manager at Ham Yard Hotel, Nicola’s creative passion shines through in both his competitions and exceptional cocktail creations.

Thomas Mialhe: Known as “Frenchie,” Thomas is the creative force behind Soho’s Murder Inc, with multiple cocktail competition wins under his belt.

Mihai Burca: Now managing Engel Bar at the Royal Exchange, Mihai’s journey from Romania to cocktail champion showcases his dedication to mixology excellence.

We take a look back to Chile’s National Month at Harrison’s Coffee in Paddington. A night where hospitality and British media come together to get a taste into Chilean culture, food, Pisco and understanding the beauty that Chile has to offer such as stargazing in Northern Chile.
