As a Community Mobilizer, you will engage in hands-on experiences while developing essential soft and professional skills. You’ll learn about project management, needs assessment, and facilitation skills. You will also gain expertise in data collection techniques, networking, partnership building, and training. Additionally, you’ll master community engagement strategies, advocacy skills, event planning, and report writing. Key soft skills include communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, conflict resolution, persuasion, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, team collaboration, and public speaking.

For those interested in the M&E Officer role, you will have the chance to acquire crucial skills in data analysis, M&E framework development, and survey design. Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata) will enhance your proficiency. You will also learn about the logical framework approach, performance measurement, and both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Skills in report writing and presentation, budget management for M&E activities, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking will be developed.
