🎄🎄Festive alert! Maggies at the Royal Marsden have their Christmas fair and concert the day before our Cheam Christmas market.

Another great new business has opened in Cheam.We wish James Bailey Sales & Lettings the very best of success for the future Paul Scully MP.

Lovely to meet the team at the newly opened family run business Dora’s kitchen with Paul Scully in the village. Eat in or takeaway available all home made.We wish them the very best of luck in their new venture.

Notification of roadworks:Resurfacing a section of A217 Belmont Rise.(No 52 to junction with Dorset Road), from 28 to 30 July 2022. Work will take place overnight between 21:00 and 05:00.Local traffic diversions will be in place during the works.
The work will be carried out overnight. During each phase of work, a length of the carriageway will be resurfaced. Road closures will be in place, however diversions will be clearly signposted. To limit disturbance to residents we aim to complete the noisiest work before midnight each evening.We have agreed the working hours with the local authority and we will make every
effort to finish the works on time.

- Phase 1: Eastbound diversion in place. Eastbound
access only to Belmont Rise from Dorset Road
- Phase 2: Westbound diversion in place: westbound
access to Belmont Rise from Northey Avenue
- There will be a diversion in place around the work
site and signage will be in place
