On Saturday (not Sunday - don’t let the video fool you!), a fantastic group of young runners from took part in the TCS Mini London Marathon to raise money for Coram’s Fields 🏃🏃‍♀️🥳

Our CEO, Stuart Woods, has shared a video message to thank those who played a part in Team CJS Mini Marathon success this year, explaining how impactful community fundraising like this is to our local charity.

We are so immensely grateful to everyone involved - from the inspiring Team CJS to the school staff, parents and carers, corporate sponsors, and those who supported the cause through donations. Your support never goes unnoticed. 💚

📚✨ Help Us Fill Our Little Library✨📚

Our charity’s Little Library is looking a bit bare right now, and we’d love your help to bring it back to life!

Do you have any children’s books at home that are no longer being read or have been outgrown? Instead of letting them gather dust, why not pass them on so another child can enjoy them? 💛

We’re looking for books suitable for children of all ages - from picture books to early readers and beyond. Every donation, big or small, will help us create a warm, welcoming space where children can discover the joy of reading.

If you’d like to donate, drop your books off at the Little Library, located by our Cafe.

Thank you for helping us share stories, spark imaginations, and make a difference in our community! 📖🌈

A big thank you to our valued supporters for their hard work last week, as part of NBCU Cares Day! 💚

The group spent the day replenishing the sandpits, clearing up pollen, and cleaning out the Wildlife Garden - ensuring that our 7-acre park is tidy and ready for the busy sunny days ahead!

💚Thanks to the generous £19,950 grant from National Lottery Awards For All, our Out of School Club (OSC) children can now make a variety of nutritious snacks in a refreshed and fully fitted kitchen!

The OSC children look forward to making their favourite ‘Apple doughnuts’, consisting of apple rounds, natural yoghurt, and fruit toppings! We’re also showing the children how to cook supervised using our new induction hob, which instantly cools.

👉Thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund for helping Coram’s Fields to encourage healthy habits with children, foster togetherness, and served our wonderful community!

We were delighted to run an Easter Egg Hunt at Coram’s Fields Cafe last week 🐣 bringing the community together for a fun day of giving.

Around 70 kids came through in just 2 hours, and the cafe queue was constantly busy with excited faces!

The children loved searching for the egg pictures around the park before heading over to the cafe to collect their prizes, a mix of chocolate and non-food treats. It was lovely to see so much community spirit, especially with the beautiful weather too ☀️

A huge thank you to Alt HAN, Middle Eight Hotel, and GOSH Charity for donating the Easter eggs and helping make the day so special. Thanks as well to everyone who supported our JustGiving page! It really helps make events like this possible 💚

Special shoutout to our amazing park’s Cafe team, led by Kelly, for all their hard work on the day — so many smiles all around 😊

We hope to make this an annual Easter event at Coram’s Fields and truly appreciate all your support in helping us grow it. 🐰

Celebrating International Women’s Day at Coram’s Fields ✨

Our all-female team hosted inspiring workshops alongside our partners, the Museum of Youth Culture – a massive thank you to them for working with us and inspiring our girls! They were absolutely amazing, keeping everyone engaged from start to finish.

Our girls’ group at Coram’s Fields runs weekly with dedicated members of staff, offering a mix of art, cooking and holistic support. The activities are chosen by our young people, so there’s always something for everyone.

At Coram’s Fields, we aim to empower young women every day 💪 and provide a safe space for them to grow.
