The bathrooms and kitchens are now installed and the 2nd fix mechanical and electrical is underway with the decorators following close behind.

We've constructed a new luxury penthouse apartment underneath a zinc covered mansard roof extension on the 4th and 5th floor.

PRACTICAL COMPLETION ACHIEVED!!!!
Our work on this new build side extension to a property in Isleworth is now practically complete and our client is delighted. We've even been invited back to view and photograph the property once the landscaping is complete.

This tight site has thrown up some awkward challenges as we built this single storey side extension.
All of these complications have been met with proactive and pragmatic solutions from both the design and construction teams.

One such challenge was to utilise piles and raised ground beams to get out of the ground in order to protect the roots of a nearby tree and preserve a planning condition.

Staines Hockey Club Colts are delighted to announce a two year sponsorship with Karrada, a residential and commercial construction company specialising in extensions and refurbishments.

We started works on the underpinning in preparation for demolishing the entire house before rebuilding it.
Conveyors have been installed and excavation is well underway.

We've just started work on these little beauties in Leinster Square, London. Our client has asked us to remodel the 3 basements so that they include 2 self contained flats each.

With high end residential projects it all about the finish, and we're getting close now..........
After over a year on site constructing this beautiful new build family home on the bank of the River Thames our works will soon be coming to an end. Here is a sneak preview of some of the finishes. Happy viewing...

The scaffolding is now up and we have begun stripping out the interior on site in Hampstead.

We'll be retaining the facade but demolishing the property. Once demolished we'll then rebuild a new dwelling on the same footprint including a new basement. Follow us for more photos and updates.
