No, you won’t be hungry the whole time.
I get this question a lot about the SheSavvi Retreat at The LifeCo Bodrum:
- Will I be starving?
- How do we have energy for yoga, walking, or bootcamp?
- Will I get sick?
Let me reassure you, detoxing is not about starving yourself or shocking your body. I’ve been doing these retreats for years, and each time it’s helped me reset my digestion, reduce bloating, and feel lighter, clearer, and more energised.
My cravings disappeared, my gut healed, and I began to truly listen to what my body needed.
At the SheSavvi Retreat, detox is just one pillar of the journey, we pair it with mindset work, values clarity, and 1:1 DISC coaching, so you leave refreshed inside and out.
✨ Save the date: 19 March – 3 April 2026.
Spaces are now open, DM me for the flyer or to join our upcoming Q&A session.
Comment “DETOX” and I’ll send you a sample day + prep tips.

Consistency Looks Like Nothing… Until Everything Changes
Think about it:
- Going to the gym for 3 weeks feels pointless — but 6 months later, your body tells a different story.
- Posting content online may feel like shouting into the void — until suddenly, one post takes off and your inbox is full of opportunities.
- Investing small amounts every month seems insignificant — until years later, compounding turns it into real wealth.
That’s the quiet magic of consistency. It doesn’t feel exciting in the moment, but it’s laying bricks for something bigger.
✨ So what can you do?
1️⃣ Trust the process — small steps, repeated often, build unstoppable momentum.
2️⃣ Breakthroughs don’t come from intensity, they come from persistence.
Keep watering the seed even when you can’t see the roots. 🌿

Lessons from Cristiano Ronaldo’s Next Chapter
Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent engagement is a reminder that family is always evolving. At Savvi, we believe thriving families—blended or not—don’t happen by chance; they happen by choice.
What we do at Savvi Family Workshops is at the core of investing in relationships. We help families:
- Create a Family Charter and refine shared values
- Build structured agendas for family meetings
- Learn to adapt communication and support each other
- Develop self-awareness using scientifically proven tools
💡 Why this matters:
- Understanding each family member’s personality fosters empathy, reduces conflict, and builds respect.Regular family meetings provide a safe space where everyone feels heard, creating stronger bonds and alignment.
- Setting shared goals builds a common vision and reinforces unity.
- This reflects insights I shared in my article, “How to Run a Family like a Business” in the Daily Mail.
We’re also hosting an introductory session, the Parent Within Webinar, on 24 September 2025. Register for free through the link: https://bit.ly/ParentWithin2025

Why are they so defiant?
This one’s for the parents in daily stand-offs with strong-willed kids.
You’re not alone — and your child isn’t just being “defiant”
Strong-willed (D-style) children push back because they’re wired for independence, control, and action.
But when their need to lead clashes with your need to parent — the arguments begin.
💡 The key isn’t more discipline.
It’s better communication and understanding their personality.
You don’t need to break their will. You need to work with it.
We’ll show you how at our Parenting Workshop.

Anonymous Notes by Kids 📝
A trauma counsellor recently shared a few anonymous notes from younger clients, many of which were sad to read. The one that stood out to me was:
“My dog gets more attention. Dad said it’s because the dog can’t talk, so I stopped talking.”
Sometimes, we don’t know how our children truly feel — not because they don’t want to tell us, but because they feel they can’t.
Children are always listening, always feeling, always learning from us.
This isn’t about guilt — it’s about awareness. It’s a call to pause, to ask questions, and to truly listen when they answer. Sometimes, the loudest cries for attention have no words at all.
How do you create space for children to feel seen and heard in your home or community?
I believe it’s through family meetings; a great way to help everyone feel heard and share their feelings.
Our step-by-step guide shows how to run family meetings with more than just a list of topics. It’s a way to understand and bond with each other on a deeper level.
Our Parent Strengthening Workshop this March has insights and resources to setting family meetings and building that safe space 💡
