This time last week, we were half way through the half marathon! How time flies! Now the half marathon is done, the 5K is done... I've achieved what I set out it do earlier in the year. My first half marathon; and how I enjoyed it!

Just over 24 hours ago I ran a half marathon! I am now feeling the after-effects; but I still feel awesome!

Training at gym tonight... Keeping hydrated! Had to lay off road runs for a while, knee issues. Will be back on it soon though!
