Recently, our wonderful Bournemouth host Ms Sarah attended a very special Graduation Ceremony in London on 30th March, honouring the achievements of our talented Chef Apprentices.

These students spend a full year in London completing their apprenticeship while staying with our dedicated hosts — and many also enjoy long stays in Bournemouth when attending classes at the school. It’s a journey that blends learning, cultural exchange, and the comfort of a true home away from home.
