🦺 No one should have to accept violence, aggression or discrimination as part of their job.
Even over the bank holiday period, many of our colleagues continued to work to provide essential services to our residents.
We will not tolerate members of the public treating our staff with violence, aggression and discrimination.
Help make sure the Royal Borough of Greenwich remains a place where staff feel safe and are respected.

REMINDER: Due to TfL’s essential rail milling works between Tuesday 7 May and Tuesday 19 May, all DLR services will stop at 11:30pm from Monday to Saturday and at 10:30pm on Sundays. 🚈
Rail milling helps remove damaged or worn parts of railway tracks to keep them in good condition.

Statement from Greenwich Multifaith Forum on antisemitic attack in North London
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Multifaith Forum stands in solidarity with the Jewish community following the recent antisemitic attack in North London.
We are deeply saddened and concerned by the continued rise in antisemitism and the targeting of Jewish people in our society. Antisemitism, like all forms of hatred and discrimination, has no place in our borough or in our country.
Our diverse faith communities are united in condemning antisemitism and all acts of hate. We stand alongside our Jewish neighbours, friends, and colleagues and reaffirm our shared commitment to respect, understanding, and peaceful coexistence.
At times like these, it is more important than ever that we come together across faiths and communities to support one another and to challenge hatred wherever it appears.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Multifaith Forum sends its support and solidarity to the Jewish community and all those affected by this incident.
We encourage everyone to be vigilant at events and in public spaces and if you see anything suspicious, please trust your instincts and tell someone. In an emergency, please call 999.
