Even though our office will be closed from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April, our residents' safety remains our priority. Our Out-of-Hours Support Service will be available for urgent repairs and emergencies.

Call 020 8607 7777 and select EcoSafe (for Damp & Mould), Pinnacle (former Westway residents) or Chigwell (former Inquilab residents) to be directed to the right contractor.

We’re pleased to announce our new partnership with Ecosafe Group , who will be delivering a dedicated Damp and Mould Remediation Service across our homes.

This partnership marks an important step in Karibu Community Homes’ ongoing commitment to resident safety, wellbeing, and full compliance with the latest housing standards, including Awaab’s Law.

Together with Ecosafe’s expertise in property safety and sustainability, we’re ensuring that every Karibu home remains a safe, healthy, and comfortable place to live.

Ecosafe Group is excited to announce the successful award and mobilisation of our new contract with Karibu Community Homes! As the appointed contractor, our team will be delivering vital damp and mould remediation, and responsive repairs across Karibu’s homes, helping to raise living standards and safety for residents. 👏

This multi-year partnership marks a significant achievement in our mission to champion quality, comfort, and safety for communities. The project will create new employment opportunities and generate positive social impact throughout Karibu’s housing stock.​
