🎉 We're proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement for our Level 3 Safeguarding Support Officer Apprenticeship at LMP Education.

Our first cohort of learners has successfully completed the programme, with an incredible 100% Distinction achievement rate. Every apprentice achieved the highest possible grade, demonstrating exceptional commitment to developing their safeguarding knowledge and skills.

Since launching in 2025, this fully funded apprenticeship has become one of our most in-demand programmes, supporting schools and care settings to strengthen their safeguarding capability and create safer environments for children, young people and vulnerable individuals.

A huge congratulations to our six graduates, who are already applying their learning in the workplace and making a meaningful impact. Some have even progressed into Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Designated Safeguarding Lead roles, highlighting the career opportunities this programme can unlock.

Special thanks to our dedicated Safeguarding Tutor, Jo Russell and Steadfast Assessment, whose support has helped learners achieve such exceptional outcomes.

As safeguarding challenges continue to evolve, investing in high-quality professional development has never been more important. We're incredibly proud to play a role in developing the skilled safeguarding professionals that organisations need.

When people think about AI in schools, it's easy to assume it's something that sits solely with IT departments.

✅ Reality: AI can support staff across the whole school by automating routine tasks, streamlining processes and reducing administrative workload.

From helping with planning and reporting to improving operational efficiency, AI can give school staff more time to focus on what matters most: supporting pupils and improving outcomes.

The key is knowing how to use AI safely, effectively and responsibly within an education setting.
