I was delighted to present Paula and the amazing team at Middle Park Community Centre with an Asda Foundation grant for £600 so they can put on a host of events this Christmas.

I visited on their community Christmas lunch where a number of students from Kings Oak School volunteered their time to help make the event run smoothly, making cups of tea and serving dinner to the guests. Pupils from Middle Park Primary School choir treated guests to a selection of Christmas carols. This community centre based in Eltham does so much to include everyone from young to old, so it was a pleasure to be a part of their festivities.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the Christmas Fayre on Saturday 29th December, 2pm to 4pm. Lots of activities for kids and adults, pick up a hand made gift or decoration, personalised gifts, plus tea, coffee, hot chocolaate and cakes all on sale. There is also a chance to meet Santa and give him your Christmas list.
A chance to meet the team, find out more about what goes on at MPCC and spend time with friends and neighbours.

FREE GIG! A great opportunity to see Tommy Cullen at Middle Park Community Centre on Monday 24th November from 7pm to 9pm.
Check him out on insta, he will be doing some of his own music as well as some classics! You can bring your own drink if you want too, we will also be collecting donations for the centre and you will be able to buy Tommy's music and other merchandise. Look Forward to seeing you there!

We still have some fantastic days out to come, Splash Park, Golf at the O2, Cinema and George Mead Farm are just some of the trips yet to come. We stay at centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays and as well as Full days at £35 we offer half days at £20 (Tuesdays and Thursdays only) on these days we cook, craft, design clothes and bags all to take home.
